Information

Check-in. Our Staff are available between 11.00am - 11:00pm for check-in. We guarantee your room will be ready by 2pm on day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage, a free breakfast will be available and you can spend some time in lounge & garden area.
Check-out. We kindly ask our guests to leave the room by 10:00am. If you need to use it longer, you can ask a member of staff. We have a day charge of 5 Euro to avail of all facilities until 6pm the following day with the exception of the bedrooms.

A credit card number is required to secure all reservations, however this will only be charged in the event of a no show without prior notice (see cancellation policy below). All accommodation must be paid for on arrival by cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Visa Debit, Maestro).
Cancellation Policy. At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of reservations for less than ten people. Otherwise one nights accommodation will be charged. Any group reservation (ten people or more) has a two week cancellation policy.
  • Full refund issued with 2 weeks notice or more.
  • 50% refunded with 13 days to 1 weeks notice.
  • No refund if cancelled less than one week before arrival date.

Services

Complimentary Breakfast. 8:00am - 9:30am You are welcome to join us for home-made brown bread, toast, orange juice, tea and coffee in the morning, free of charge. Of course if you wish to cook for yourself, the kitchen is available too.
Private Car Park. Off street carparking is available for up to 20 cars in our car park.
Self-Catering Kitchen. 8am - 10pm Complete with Oven, hob, microwave, two fridges, guest shelves, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and everything you might need to create your own culinary masterpiece.
Sitting Room. 8am-11pm TV/ DVD player, library, chess , cards , board games, guitars , Internet access.
Luggage Storage. Leave your luggage with us free of charge until 6pm the following day.
WiFi Access. Free WiFi available 24 hours throughout the building. Password on request.
Safety Deposit Box. Valuables may be deposited in our safe for the duration of your stay free of charge, accessible only during office hours (8am-11pm).
Laundry Service. Same day Laundry service available , Wash and Dry 12 Euro.
Linen Included. All room prices include linen (each bed has bottom sheet, duvet and pillow). Towels provided in Private rooms. For other guests, towels available for a 1 Euro charge.
Garden & Picnic Area. Outdoor seating in landscaped gardens, barbecue available also.
No Curfew. We have a code on the back door, changed regularly, which is given to guests on arrival enabling them to come and go as they please.
