Reservations

To make a reservation call +353 98 25496 (from outside Ireland) , (098) 25496 (within Ireland) during office hours, or e-mail us at info@abbeywoodhouse.com specifying the dates and type of accommodation required. Your e-mail will be answered within 24 hours.

A credit card number is required to secure all reservations, however this will only be charged in the event of a no show without prior notice (see cancellation policy below). All accommodation must be paid for on arrival by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Laser), travellers cheque or personal cheque (with cheque guarantee card). No third party cheques will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of reservations for less than eight people. Otherwise one nights accommodation will be charged.

Any group reservation (eight people or more) has a two week cancellation policy.
Full refund issued with 2 weeks notice or more.
50% refunded with 13 days to 1 weeks notice.
No refund if cancelled less than one week before arrival date.
